Billboard Art is a collaboration between me and a friend of mine, Bjorn Roetman. The project is about using what we have, instead of adding more and more communication media to the city. Instead of adding to this cycle of pollution in the advertisement sector we tried expermenting using the existing media to show our messages and ideas. We made the cut and delivered our message, giving old media an purpose again and making it unique. Because the visual effect is never exactly the same.
The thing about this technique or way of thinking, it works with different kinds of media. Analog and digital all have an overload with wich we can tell our own story, without adding to the cycle of pollution, but by reusing and filtering what we cannot use for our message
